About Quincy, Massachusetts
The 2nd Norfolk District includes 13 of 30 precincts in Quincy, Massachusetts. Known as the "City of Presidents," Quincy is the birthplace of the second and sixth U.S. Presidents, John Adams and John Quincy Adams, and is rich in American history to this day. The Adams National Historic Park commemorates the long and distinguished history of the Adams family, and the many family members who dedicated their lives to the founding of the United States. Within this National Historic Park lies the original home of the Adams family and the birthplace of John Adams and John Quincy Adams. In Quincy Center, the United First Parish Church, or "Church of the Presidents," includes the final resting places of both presidents.
